Best prepared using moist or dry heat. Braising results in tender, juicy ribs that can be sauced and finished on the grill. More tender Back Ribs can also be grilled and glazed for charbroiled flavor. Split back ribs in half for finger-friendly appetizer rib bites.

    Very Pleased!

    I was afraid I was going to receive a bundled package of ribs that would be too much for me to eat at one time. I was very happy when I received the shipment and it was the ribs were divided into perfect portions! I'll be buying more soon!!!

    Full of flavor and

    This is the first time I made beef back ribs and it was totally worth it. These aren’t meaty like beef short ribs, but whatever meat there is, is super tender and juicy. I just put salt and coarse pepper and cooked it sous vide and finished it under the broiler after slathering it with some homemade sweet and spicy bbq sauce. The quality of meat was great and the taste is what grass fed beef should taste like. I was happy with my order and will try ordering some grass fed steaks from Farm Foods next time.
