This is a very attractively priced gathering of beef. All the steaks and roasts in this pack is from a Sub Primal of the animal called the "Chuck". The Chuck is the most flavorful part of the cow. The steaks are great for grilling while the roasts are fantastic with it's flavor in a slow cook or roast.

Chuck Eye Steak: The Chuck Eye Steak is a rare and popular cut from the 5th rib of the cow. It's close to a Rib Eye in taste and tenderness. Sautee or grill with light seasoning, can also be marinated.
Cross-Rib Steak: A delicious flavorful steak from the part of the Chuck that merges into the Rib. When slow cooked or roasted, this cut is succulent and juicy.
Mock Tender Roast: A lean cut. Marinate overnight before grilling; best sliced thin.
Short-Ribs English Style: Very flavorful, moist and tender when braised. Best prepared using dry heat for thinner cuts, moist heat for thicker cuts. Less tender Short Ribs require a long, slow cooking time to tenderize. The result is moist tender full-flavored ribs. Braising Short Ribs with wine, vegetables, seasoning and stock enhances taste and tenderness.
